Cancellation & Refund Policy for PunePay FiNNTECH Private Limited

At PunePay FiNNTECH Private Limited, we are committed to upholding a transparent and fairrefund policy to ensure the satisfaction and trust of our users. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellations and refunds for transactions conducted through our platform.

If a transaction fails due to an error attributable to PunePay FiNNTECH and the user receives confirmation from the payment gateway about the failure, the amount will be automatically refunded to the user’s account. The refund process typically takes 3 to 21 working days from the date of the original transaction. Users will receive a confirmation email at their registered emailID once the refund is initiated. However, it is important to note that any applicable taxes and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

In cases where a payment is successfully processed but the user does not receive the requested service, the user must report the issue by sending an email to our Customer Care team at punepayfinntech@gmail.com. The complaint should include relevant details such as the transaction ID, date, and a description of the issue. Upon receiving the complaint, PunePay FiNNTECH will conduct a thorough investigation. Based on the findings, a refund will be processed if applicable.

Our liability is strictly limited to refunding the payment received for the specific failed or incomplete transaction. We do not assume responsibility for any indirect or consequential claims arising from interruptions or failures in service. Users are encouraged to review our User Agreement, as this refund policy is subject to the terms and conditions outlined therein.
